Real Estate is a truly a family business for Pat his wife Beth. Pat has been both a licensed real estate agent and a licensed home inspector. Currently Pat focuses on investment properties and home repairs.

 

Pat draws upon his commitment to excellence that was built from over 30 years as a UPS employee and manager. Pat knows what it takes to score a win in the real estate industry and he always gives 110%.

 

Pat is constantly educating himself on the market. As an investor himself, Pat knows the home buying process inside and out and he can offer top notch advice based on his professional and personal experiences in real estate.

 

Pat lives in Arlington on Shady Valley Golf Course (where he scored a hole-in-one on Hole #3 in the summer of 2017). When Pat is not showing houses, he likes to golf, travel and spend time with his wife and four kids.
